We had a delightful stay at a charming French family home with excellent hosts. The room was beautifully decorated and the garden was marvelous. As early risers, we loved the convenient location right below the vieux chateau, perfect for early morning exploration. the owners, Jean-Louis and Joelle, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, recommending great restaurants and even making a reservation for us. the room was modern and comfortable, with blackout blinds that made it pitch dark for a good night's sleep. the highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a delicious spread of homemade jams, freshly squeezed orange juice, and mouth-watering bread and pastries. one of the best Chambres d'hotes we've stayed in.
